Dorina joined Off Mains Solutions in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience across customer service, operations, business development and team leadership.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from London South Bank University, where her final-year project, developed in partnership with the Metropolitan Police, was recognised as Best Project of the Year and presented at Scotland Yard.

Throughout her career, Dorina has been passionate about helping people and making a positive difference. Whether supporting a customer through a difficult situation, helping a colleague develop or finding a better way of doing something, she brings curiosity, empathy and a practical approach to every challenge. One of her particular strengths is turning complex or technical information into clear, easy-to-understand language, helping people feel informed and confident rather than overwhelmed.

Before joining Off Mains Solutions, Dorina spent eight years at Utility Warehouse, progressing through several roles including Academy Coach, Academy Lead Advisor and Customer Service Team Leader. She helped build the Emergency Team, supporting customers during power outages, gas emergencies and other critical situations, with a particular focus on vulnerable customers. This experience developed her ability to remain calm, resilient and focused when supporting people through challenging circumstances.

As a Team Leader, Dorina also supported the Billing Team with complex customer cases and worked closely with Learning & Development to design and deliver training for newly onboarded employees. Alongside this, she coached colleagues, improved processes and collaborated with Quality and Compliance teams to support continuous improvement.

Earlier in her career, Dorina worked in business development within the technology sector, building lasting client relationships and helping businesses identify solutions appropriate to their needs.

At Off Mains Solutions, Dorina coordinates surveys, supports customers and contractors, manages quotations and reports, and helps ensure projects progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion. She has developed a strong understanding of off-mains drainage systems and particularly enjoys helping customers navigate what can often be an unfamiliar and complex process.

Dorina believes great customer service is about more than solving problems; it is about making people feel heard, understood and supported. Whether helping a customer, supporting a colleague or improving a process behind the scenes, her goal is always to make things simpler, clearer and better.
